Mitchell J. LipconMitchell J. Lipcon has been a practicing civil attorney in Miami-Dade County for over 40 years. He obtained his bachelor's degree at San Diego State University in 1962, and, went on to achieve his law degree at the University of Miami in 1965. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, United States Supreme Court, United States Courts of Appeal, and, United States District Court For The Southern District of Florida. He is a member in good standing of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He is a past president of the National Association of Jury Verdict Reporters, and, is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Vanguard School. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubell. Mr. Lipcon started his career as a trial attorney for Dade County, Florida in the Metro Transit Agency. He then practiced as a litigator for the Small Business Administration before going into private practice, which has consisted of representing injured people in Courts throughout the State of Florida. He was one of the attorneys appointed, by the Government of Bolivia, to represent Bolivian children killed in a tragic plane crash in La Paz. He has handled complex class actions involving defective products, such as breast implants & pacemaker lead wires, medical malpractice cases, train/auto accidents, and nursing home abuse situations.
David W. LipconDavid W. Lipcon has been practicing in Miami-Dade County for fifteen years. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Florida in 1989, and, his law degree at the University of Florida School of Law in 1992. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the Colorado State Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and, the Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member in good standing of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Dade County Bar Association and served as Chairperson of The Florida Bar's Grievance Committee for the 11th Judicial Circuit. In addition to extensive toxic mold intrusion and construction defect cases, David Lipcon has litigated many complex personal injury, nursing home abuse and medical malpractice cases, including brain and spinal cord trauma.
